Buy unranked one cheap and get booster if you need credits. Maxed mods have unreasonable prices making you pay several times over what it would actually cost you to upgrade it yourself.

Most likely has to do with the cost of endo to max it.

a maxed one right now at the cheapest would be liek 250 up to 400... anything about that is way over priced...
