Is it worth to craft non-prime warframes?

If you want the mastery points, then it is worth. As has already been said, it is also a good idea if the frame doesn't yet have a Prime, or if its prime is vaulted and you won't be able to get it for a while. Don't forget that Prime frames also generally come with one or two extra polarized mod slots from the start, which often means less forma you need to invest to make a full build.

Personaly I keep everything incase I need it later. Selling stuff for Credits that isn't a dupe is a Sin.

There isn't any point keeping them really. You can toggle prime looks On/ Off if you prefer normal looks to prime.

It's not worth using non-prime frames when you have the choice. However, you'll want to craft and level non-prime version for mastery fodder.

It's worth doing them all if you like to "complete" the game, since all of those things you level up contribute to your mastery rank. Once you level up the basic frames, you can get rid of them and keep the Primes for room.

Unless they're vaulted, I'd just go for the Primes first. No real reason to get the normal versions, unless you're a collector or MR enthusiast.

Yep. Number of trades per day, daily syndicate/Simaris/Conclave standing cap, starting mod capacity on unranked items, and maximum number of Void Traces you can store. Not to mention the MR requirements on some rivens...
