This one is just a poser.

As for relics, Hydron is really good.

Hieracon > Xini b/c the latter yields more different loot, so Hieracon has a slight advantage. 12% vs 9% iirc for Axi Relics

If i remember correctly the chances of getting relics in certain rotations on xini is garanteed or higher compared to hieracon.
My preference would go to xini, but the loot on hieracon may appeal to you if it's not just relics you looking for.

Incorrect. Xini has a guaranteed Axi relic drop on rotations B and C (though a couple of the relics only drop in rotation C). On Hieracon, on the other hand, you have a more than 20% chance of getting a junk mod on rotation C (the only excav rotation that drops Axi relics) instead of a relic. That said, going through a full A-A-B-C rotation is excavation is generally much faster than doing the same in an interception.

Guaranteed because in Xini (and other high-level Interception missions), Axi relics are the only items present in the rotation B and C drop tables. The drop chances for each specific relic is usually evenly split, with a couple exceptions (a couple of the Axi relics do not appear in rotation B, and at least one of the rotation C relics has a significantly lower drop chance than the others). Although the information on exact relics is currently outdated, an illustration of approximate drop chances can be found here: http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Interception (look at the Tier 3 tab in the "Rewards" pulldown)
