Easiest frame to get?

I'm not concerned with best or community favorites. I've just had a level 30 excalibur for a while now and it seems like it will be a while before I can get the resources for Rhino.

Is there another one that is easier to get?

Nope, Rhino is like the easiest Warframe to build.

Damn, I'm stuck on Mars still. Can't get past some of the missions solo and I'm finding it difficult to find a group for the ones I need.

Guess I'll keep at it though.

Well.. Oberon and Nyx are pretty easy to get the parts for.

you need neural sensor for almost any Neuroptics, so yeah. You will be stuck to Excal till you reach Jupiter or get NS Alert on previous planets

Do the ayatan treasure hunt from Maroo : you will either get a mission in the orokin void where you can farm control modules and argon crystals, or in the orokin derelict where you can farm nano-spores and orokin cells

Material-wise Oberon is the cheapest, but the BPs drop randomly from eximus units, so you need a bit of luck to get it...

Also, Oberon won't really help you get through the starchart more easily than Excalibur... I mean you shouldn't have any problem getting to jupiter with Excalibur solo (or with any warframe really...), its a pretty good warframe with good crowd control and killing abilities... maybe you just need to learn how to get better results out of him !

I would suggest ember, she was my second frame, though this was before specters of the rail so i do not know if sagus ruk is easy too get too now or not, rhino is a good warframe though

Saturn is a bit harder than before. Most player will face a wall around Europa and Saturn.

raptor aint that hard to kill if you got excal and a trin :) just hide in the corridor at the upper right side of the boss area and use ya 4th xD

though you'll need trin for some EV or you might run out of energie

There is also another way, if you really need Rhino (which is a very good warframe for survivability and CC) : get in a squad and ask for a taxi to higher planets to get what you need...

simply join a Clan with decent people.
and you have access to kinda everything...
decent people will help you farm, will taxi you to locked places,
and you can get stuff from the Clan labs, including many warframes

If I were you I would look into what prime Warframe fit ur style and are easy to get early on material wise, and then just buy about 100 or so plat and buy them. Most of the cheaper Warframe sat least from my experience are the easier to obtain and build ones.

One I can recommend is ash prime. He is a true ninja , can go invisible throw shurikans as well as mark and backstab targets.

Instead of listing all frames you prefer, better post frames which need Resources he is missing. I think there are 1 or 2 frame which won't need Neural Sensors to craft, which is why he can't craft Rhino

the easiest to get is obviously the starter frame ^.^
but i guess you meant the frame to farm for - that would be rhino then (if you forget about oberon of course - but he will only be a decent frame to play with when you have all those mods you won't get early in the game).
