ridiculous trade chat prices

hey guys i just want to know if you have seen any ridiculous trade chat prices. i can't be the only one that laughs every time i see someone selling the trashiest thing you have ever seen and more for ridiculous amounts of platinum. i've seen one trying to sell an ignis wraith bp for 200p and someone selling a synoid simulor for 350 and that is just a few that come to mind.

If he specified a price, then you found a good seller, comming up with prices on their own is a good thing, i do however have to mention that he called you something he should, just because you made an offer before he specified the price.
Regardless, never lecture a player with a price, if you don't like it, just say it and then move on, sellers absolutely hate when on the other end is someone who will tell them 10 reasons why they should decrease and increase the price (happened to me on a couple occasions)

This seems almost the polar opposite of my experience. People who set their own price generally have no idea how to value things and just want a nice number with a few zeroes at the end for something that is often easy to get and worth nowhere near that much. Smarter traders either take offers and base their prices from there, or list their price in their chat post. I myself have been helped by others who told me why my price is wrong, I appreciate their help. The only time I find it an issue is when people lie like that to try to lowball you

They are just late to put up ads.... Just get the item as soon as its released. Grind and get a prime set as soon as its released and you can probably get really ridiculous price

Or wait till six months after something gets vaulted - because DE will never "fix" prime vaulting, so this will always be a thing - and sell a prime set for 500 - 1500p.

True... but with Vaulting its a bit more complicated... People will be hoarding Sets and start selling when it gets vaulted but that just increases supply which causes drop in prices.. If I have a set which got vaulted I would hold on till supply becomes scarce then can get better price.. In my opinion ofcourse...
