How does one earn rep with Cephalon Suda?

I'm just wondering, i'm wearing her sigil and yet missions aren't earning me XP like Steel Meridian would.

All standing is earned the same way with each Syndicate. Do you have extra standing available for the day? What is your current reputation with Suda? Perhaps you need to fulfil a promotion if you are at rank cap or a sacrifice if your standing is in the negatives.

I've just joined "her" and i have no rep with "her" at all. I'm not sure about the extra standing available for the day. If it's that then i can wait for the reset. But i'm not sure if that'd be the case since Steel Meridian is capped till i do another sacrifice and Red veil are capped the same till i join them.

AFAIK, rep still counts as being gained even if you're at full. So if you are wearing one of the sigils, you still gain rep and lose rep and use up your daily rep, even if no numerical change occurs. Also, if you lost rep with cephalon before, you may have to rank up from a negative rank back to neutral before being able to level up, as the rep for those is a bit clunky and confusing

Doing missions and look for that syndicates medallion you can extra rep in those missions. (8 medallions in 1 mission and each medallion is random in points from 500, 1000, or 5000

Make sure you look at what you're replying too. Pledging didn't exist in 2017.
