Is Secura Lecta for cred farming best used on Index or Akkad?

you can't credit farm on index using the secura...

Secura Lecta credit is obtained via kills. Considering that Index only give like 5 enemies tops, and a little more with their drones, it's a lot more better to use it in Akkad where infested are rushing in to their death.

Index credit farming = credits won from the wager
Secura Lecta credit farming = credits dropped from enemies killed by the Secura Lecta
Since there are so few enemies in the Index, no, you probably don't want to use Lecta for Index credit farming.

If you also want some endo go for Hieracon on Pluto. No wave stops, endless and infested rushing at you in hordes. Oh it's also dark sector! Have fun.
