For vaulted sets, how long before they are temporarily unvaulted again?

Rhino prime unvault will be 2 years after vault.

Magprime, frost prime, and ember prime, were unvaulted 1 year after vault.

So whats the timing to unvaults?? When is loki prime being unvaulted??

I believe it's random. Cause I think Frost was unvaulted two times.

It's because frames are vaulted every 3 months, but unvaultings only occur every 6 months or so. First unvaulting was Frost Prime, followed by Mag Prime, followed by Frost and Ember Primes. Next should hopefully be both Mag and Rhino Primes.

This is just my personal estimate but I would expect Rhino to get unvaulted Q2 and Loki Q3/Q4.

Correct. Then again, only Primes get vaulted and it's a somewhat recent thing. I basically just assume it'll be 6 - 12 months. Look at the wiki page for this, it's about that plus the order/etc.

For all I know though, DE could be examining the office cat droppings to augur what comes next.

I can't make the determination as to whether only two frames can be unvaulted at a time because the process hasn't moved that far forward yet. They could just be adding one extra Prime frame to the unvaulting group each time, such that next unvaulting will be Mag+Rhino and the one after that will be Frost+Ember+Loki, then Mag+Rhino+Nyx, etc. I can see that becoming rather unsustainable farther into the future, of course. I agree that the Prime Vault will definitely start becoming more problematic as more and more of the "good" Prime frames get vaulted, but until DE announces and implements some system to replace the current one (which I truly believe WILL happen... eventually), I can't really make any predictions as to what the future holds for vaulted Primes.

the more stuff gets vaulted, the more need for DE to think of some other way to do it - the methode they use now won't be usefull much longer - also we already have way too many relics that are vaulted in the game and it starts to get anoying working with them.
as for how often something get unvaulted: it depend on whatever reason DE sees fit for unvaulting (e.g. frost-p - during winterbreak). i guess we can see a unvaulting of two "sets" next time again because its easier to fit into yet another set of new relics - and since there are still stuff in the vault that never had any relics for themself, and also because DE needs to constantly "shift" the rewards from relics whenever there is a new prime coming out and an old one going in, the number of relics only will get worse.

Why are you predicting Loki to be unvaulted in December 2017? If looking at dates. Every warframe has been unvaulted in intervals of 1 year. So shouldn't loki be this june??

Warframes have not been unvaulted in intervals of 1 year, and as far as I can tell their vaulting dates have had no connection whatsoever with their unvaulting dates. A summation of the information I have found on the wiki:
Frost Prime (with Latron and Reaper Primes) - vaulted April 1st, 2015; unvaulted (December 8th, 2015 to January 5th, 2016) and (December 6th, 2016 to January 3rd, 2017)
Mag Prime (with Boar and Dakra Primes) - vaulted July 7th, 2015; unvaulted (June 28th, 2016 to July 26th, 2016)
Ember Prime (with Sicarus and Glaive Primes) - vaulted October 6th, 2015; unvaulted (December 6th, 2016 to January 3rd, 2017)
Like I said earlier, frames have so far been vaulted every 3 months and unvaulted every 6 months. Since Rhino was vaulted before Loki, he should also be UNvaulted before Loki. There is no connection of frames being unvaulted one year after their vaulting that I can see, apart from the coincidental timing of Mag's unvaulting.
