Can I reroll ranked Riven?

If I upgrade my Riven to, let´s say max rank, can i still reroll it? Or is this like with the weapons you use for crafting, that they have to be lvl 0?

You can reroll and Riven stays maxed.

Yes, you can still re-roll them and they maintain their rank.
