Where to farm grineer Manics please ?

You could have looked it up on the wiki. But Tyl Regor has a good amount of manics.

I did. Wiki isn't always accurate. Says where u can find the target but not how common it is in that place.

Those are Drekar Manics, they have a different drop table that don't include ash parts and no Four Riders

I checked the blurb http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Drekar_Manic#Variants

Titania, Uranus, the location of the Tyl Regor Assassination, spawns multiple Drekar Manics and Manic Bombards during the boss encounter (at least 4 manics with one being a bombard, amount increases with additional players). However, note that Drekar Manics do not drop Ash Warframe part blueprints.

Best place to farm Manics is in the Law of Retribution Raid (LoR)
Otherwise every mid to high level non Uranus grineer survival, can't recall any Manics in Defence missions.

that... is an argument i really gets tired of hearing.
the wiki is way more correct than anyting else (including any answer you will get here from anyone 'cept maybe an mod).
if the wiki is wrong on occasion, it's mostly due to recent changes that still are not included/changed - and if you can't see the different in this inaccuracy, then join up the wiki team of voluntaries and DO this change yourself - but double check anything before editing it, or the complain-frame will state the same rubbish about the wiki...

and seemingly "not confirmed" manics that are killed by other team mates well in affinity range count. since i got all 5 manics well my freind was helping me lvl my baby frames.
