Completed War Within but not able to do sorties?

Literally completed the quest a few minutes ago (finally) however the Sortie didn't unlock nor is it telling me where it is. Any idea why?

when you look at the mission map, up in the upper left there should be several different tabs to show Alerts/Syndicate Missions/Invasions/and Sorties. You should now be able to participate in sorties.

You may have to log out and then back in for it to show.
If that doesn't fix it you may have to wait until tomorrow's Sortie starts.
