The htings they said were missing - especially the Frost PRime - aren't tradeable. Did the hacker vendor them for credits just to be a ♥♥♥♥?

Again, claiming that a NOT TRADEABLE weapon disappeared. Again, likely cause? Vendoring by accident. Also, they got their stuff reimbursed, so clearly it didn't have the same cause as your issue.

From 2013. When the game was Early Access. Also the item reappeared later, because it was a display error.
So again. Proof of your claims? Zero. Proof that other people accidentally vendor items they meant to keep? Very high.
However there was a bug with claiming items for a long time, where double clicking the claim fast enough would cause the item to not appear before the daily login ticked over. So i think thats what happend to the ones that claimed and dindt recieve, since they never followed up i assume it was resolved automatically(by the daily rolling).
these thread dont seem to have the same issue as you and thats why i dindt count them, when i read them the first time around.
Ill just summarize the trade scam that was going around, just to see if you might have had that experience.
Invited to dojo, trade setup, trade paused, trade resume(amount of plat changed, often like from 100 to 10 or otherwise similar 700-100), trade accepted and finally sadness.
Had any encounters like that? you might have accidentally traded your prime parts in trades you dint think went through because you expected your plat balance to change by a larger margin.
Like I said I didn't start playing yesterday, I had a few people try to scam me this way but since it was under my control they never succeded but were reported for the attempt.
I am not talking about social scams either, where they offer something outside of WF but just walk away instead. My understanding is that DE are aware of this one too, like I said I have been playing a long time and I also used to read the forums regularly before they stopped being open.
What details do you require EBannion and why? you have no way to check the authenticity of anything but you seem to want to make me run around for you.
Given that you have no experience or knowledge of this problem then one wonders why you are posting here anyway. Clearly your opinion ( as you admit is not based upon expereince or knowledge) is of less value than anyone who has experienced this problem.
There were indeed a number of posts on the WF forums, before they stopped being open, regarding this problem. If you do not believe me then so what? it is clear to me that no proof would be sufficent to break your faith and so you may believe what you like.
In those threads there were plenty of replies from people who HAD experienced this problem and it is to those people that I am attempting to communicate. The chances are those posters are no longer playing and so I am likely to be talking to people who have as yet not actually played long enough to notice what I am talking about but eventually they will have and then this thread can be revived and perhaps the problem resolved once and for all.
Several people experienced problems whose symptoms are precisely consistent with "I sold this by accident and am either unaware of that / too embarassed to admit it." One of them was reimbursed; this is consistent with their policy to reimburse accidental sales for important things.
All of the examples you linked were IMPOSSIBLE as demonstrations of theft because the items in question were not tradeable.
Telling me that there used to be more instances that you ca'n't now find is, sadly, not useful to anyone.
And I suspect if anyone HAD experienced this problem, they'd have participated in one of the threads you linked, none of which had any suspicious occurences in them. They were all entirely explainable by user error.

If we are going to guess why there have been no recent posts then it may be because like me they just accepted the situation until they finally got so annoyed that they gave it one last try.
Again you are attempting to speaking with authority when you have no idea what happened, as I said yours is faith where mine is experience.
Also "324 hrs on record in steam" that isnt even a couple of weeks of game time, perhaps when you get 10 times that you will know what I am talking about
It is logical to say that someone who has had trades in the past that they didn't remember, either due to a security breach on their account or a trade scam, might fall victim to the same thing again. In fact, that is quite common.
It is logical to say that the simplest explanation is often the right explanation.
It is logical to say "Mysterious hackers have compromised the Warframe system to such an extent that they can steal from you without taking over your account or having you click 'trade' to a trade after changing stuff" is MORE COMPLICATED, by SEVERAL orders of magnitude, than "Someone's account was compromised and/or they accidentally sold something and/or they regret selling something on purpose."

Your time playing the game proves exactly nothing. It doesn't make you more observant, more educated on programming, more educated on scamming and theft, or more educated on deductive reasoning and logic.
Suffice it to say that in your fortnight of game time you haven't experience it, yet

I add no assumptions at all, I am merely stating that items go missing and it is not my fault.
I go further and say it might be hacking given that WF has been susceptable in the past but I do not assert it is the case. It is possible that my profile has been corrupted by DE again not something I can control or it might be that the admins don't like me and take my stuff out of spite. The important thing regardless of your faith is that it has happened and is still happening
Facts are that people have complained of items going missing, you can accept that it has happened or cling to your faith, it is all the same to me. Given that in my experience 90%+ of WF players get bored and stop playing means that the chances are you will disappear too and we will all be happily without your faith
Thats a compromised account if i ever heard of one.

So account was compromised and they traded the items, not really the issue you are reporting, unless ofcourse it is the issue.
And i was just asking if you had any experience like that trade scam, might have been the root cause.
The suggestion that I spend an hour screen printing my inventory everytime I play is unreasonable and on this I speak from experience. I also tried not trading at all for extended periods and during that time nothing I could detect had disappeared. DE did replace items that had disappeared when I first started playing with the suggestion that I had sold or converted the items by mistake and so I took to triple checking these processes each time and still it happened.
All I can say is that whatever is happening it is not some thing I have done and not something I can stop from happening again. I have repeatedly posted tickets and waited and waited to get the same requirement that I prove the unprovable.
DE are aware of the problem but chose not to either address it or return the items lost due to their failure. I say their failure because I have done everything possible at my end and it still happens.
As to the trade scam I have seen it
I had experience of guys trying to change their offer and expecting me to click through, the ones that replace the agreed items with crap I cancelled out, reported them and added them to ignore list. The times when trade failed I cancelled and redid from scratch. Like I said I have done everything I can from my end and yet it continues with DE's blessing
