1=> Not much used but benefit from Strength/efficiency/range for damage
2=> benefit from Strength/duration range only affect your teamates so as long as you stay near them it's not needed.
3=> benefit from duration
4=> benefit from Range/duration for cc Range/Strength for damage
Most Volt user use the 4 augment, which scale on damage done => Strength
You can go Flow/Stretch/Streamline/Continuity/Intensity + vitality/redirection/whatever
