Most likely it will never happen because Grakata is a grineer forged weapon and all Primes are Orokin artifacts (think - precursor exemplar technology, which all of the current technology is based on).

Seer is also created by an extraordinaire grineer scientist - captain Vor, who's not just a goofy old man, but also a really really clever guy and artifact hunter. Plus he never replicated the Orokin tech fully, just made an imitation (which sucks). For a full on grineer-orokin gun to be created a bunch of really smart (in griener case - anomalously smart) scientists need to band together, somehow get a permission to develop this thing, not kill each other in the process and then find a way to replicate the project with what meager resources and factories grineer have. Basically, a bunch of forcibly genetically altered and dumb-arized people with limited resources need to outsmart an ancient godlike civilization, that had virtually limitless materials, infinitely more advanced technology and who, also, deemed Primes so insanely expensive even for them, that they were forced to replicate normal frames and weapons to make them combat viable by lowering their cost.

Gatlinkata/Grakatling. While we're jumping sharks, why not jump a megalodon for company? Gatlinkata is just a bunch of grakatas, stapled in a radial manner onto a rotating base, constantly being fed ammo.
