Who is Helminth?

Who is this strange new character we have been introduced to via the infested room in the landing craft, namely when entering as Nidus. I also believe that at the end of "The War Within'" quest Helminth speaks through the operator. Any other thought?

There are many speculation of who talks at the end of War Within, but Helminth is not one of them since Helminth affected the warframe and feared the operator, viewing operator as Void Demon. The strongest speculation of who talks at the end of War Within is Ballas afaik.

Executioner Ballas was​ an Orokin Executor prior to the fall of the Orokin Empire. Suggested to be the lover of Margulis, whom he attempted to convince to destroy the future Operators for her own safety, an act which ultimately proved futile.

I don't see an orokin executor patiently wainting inside a child's mind to get some Kuva... I think the void demon that helminth speak of is the one speaking at the end of the war within and is somehow related to the zariman incident ... from the memories of that during TWW the operator's father said "there's something out there kiddo", and that's before the outbreak if I remember well. So what lies "out there" in the void besides a void demon ?
