Windows standby changes game to windowed mod...

Hey, am i the only one with this problem?
Whenever my pc going to sleep/standby the game goes in windowed mode with different resolution... so i have to change it back or to deactivate stanby function on windows.
My system is a lenovo ideapad 100 runing on a windows 8.1 pro. Is not a big deal, but if that can be fixed, it would be better. Thanx!

How is it that Windows goes on Standby when you're running the game?

Assuming you play while the lappy's connected to an external power source... set it to never go to sleep / standby while not on battery?

I don.t know how it is doing that while in the game...the point is if i am going for a smoke or something it goes in standby and after that it changing to windowed with low resolution...i guess i have to change that on my pc. I thought this is something that others encounter and it will be nice to get fixed. Thank you anyways.

this happens with my comp as well. Don't know how to fix it completely, but if you going to go afk for a while, you can alt-tab to dekstop - windows will go for standby as well, but options in warframe will not change.

Have you tried going to windowed borderless? or fullscreen borderless, I forgot the name.

i have the same issue if i close my laptop with warframe running and than open it later on and its windowed with a 1600x900 res

fullscreen borderless is fine, actually

Fullscreen borderless is not fine, because Warframe doesn't lock the cursor to the window, meaning that of you look down, your mouse will show up on the Taskbar and clicking will mess up whatever you're doing.
