Equinox Provoke percent cap.

First of all it's kind of the most beautiful warframe of all I've seen. And more flexible compared with such crowd controllers as Ember. But also is a bit hard in use.
The real problem is in Pacify&Provoke skill which has some max cap. I found out the cap of 52% for Pacify and 46% - for Provoke. This actually get me stunned because neither codex nor wiki has information about it. More to say, there are some lines about this limits as "Power Strength cannot exceed 50% unless Peaceful Provocation is equipped". I'm remind that my limit with augment is 46%, not 50% or even more.
Also, I've tried to run without augment and found out that Provoke's bust isn't growing over 26%. Well It isn't growing at all actually.

Is anyone knows what is it? Kind of bug? Or Equinox was nerfed? Or maybe I don't understand something of it's usage?

Provoke has a hard cap of 50% reached with power strength mods, without the augment it also doesn't grow in strength

It can grow by a base of 15% with the max rank Peaceful Provocation mod, this percentage increases with warframe power strength to a maximum of 30%

Provoke grows by 2% for each enemy killed within the range of provoke

Provokes maximum possible Power Strength bonus is 80%. (The in game bonus to yourself and other frames)

Allright. That was the short course of theory I've already read before. Thanks for remind me but the actual sense of my question is how it correlates with practice.

For me the problem is in numbers. I just don't get this math.
For example, I'm turning on Pacify&Provoke at the beginning of the match (with Peaceful Provocation) and see 26% bonus at the top right corner of the screen. By the battle is moving on it reaches 46% value and stops.
So... is it ok or something is wrong?

UPD: I forgot to mention that my only Power Strength mod is full Intensify. Maybe this is the case?..

The numbers you give me say the only strength mod you have equiped is a max rank Intensify
the numbers i was talking about include some of the the other power strength mods

In my build i have a rank 9 blind rage for 90% strength and energy conversion for +50%

My warframes power strength is 190% so my base provoke strength is 38%, if i pickup an energy orb for energy conversion and gain +50% strength my provoke starts at 48% and with Peaceful Provocation i can reach 78% from killing enemies

The maximum is 50% from provoke + 30% from Peaceful Provocation =80%
