you can only trade normal lenses... but there are recipes on the market that let you turn normal lenses into greater...

Greater lenses are not tradeable beacuse they were not part of the sorties table before. They were obtainable only by crafting them with the consumable blueprint or buying them crafted from the market with plat. I don't think that will change anytime soon.

Greater Lenses are available from the Market segment for plat, and to my knowledge have been ever since greater lenses existed in the first place, long before they were available as sortie rewards. Unless that is changed one of these days, they will never be tradeable.
