I dont see how is thesub locked. Although it might be if you havent unlock the Phobos yet. There are totaly 4 ways that lead into the void.

you need to head to phobos as danujCZ mentioned.
teshub is the first void mission after phobos

Guess I posted in wrong spot lol just follow your questline it will unlock check your codex for current missions. I just carried someone in two nights through entire questline

As above, the Void mission in question is accessible from the section of the Void that you unlock from Phobos, which you have already unlocked to be able to get to Jupiter.

ummm you should have access to phobos. since ceres junction needs lt. krills defeat. stickney is the mission connected to the void.

again just for the sake of it. phobos.stickney. first mission passed is teshub. the mission you need.

You already have Phobos unlocked, though. You have to unlock Phobos and get through part of it in order to progress past Mars.
