How do i enter the rift as limbo?

Trust me you know when you're in the rift. And no I do not believe that you need to be moving.

Pressing shift is enough.

Press twice the run button, or the roll button. You know you are on the rift because the screen gonna look more cell-shadish or with fog.

Just bind the roll button with something, its much easier in my opinion.
