Where do I enter the codes for these?

You need to log into SE account management system. Then select services from the menu, click on add a service account. Then follow the on-screen instructions.

The website is the SE one & make sure you log into the correct region or it won't work.

Thanks, my issue was that I had to make a character first before it would accept my codes.

You can only get them on one character.

I'm not sure if you can still give a new character the beret etc, but you can't send it to characters on the same account or characters on different account.

You would need to test it out by talking to a festive moogle & checking if the code entered works.

I wouldn't really worry about it since there's plenty of gear out there with better effects anyway.

Once you've given them to one character that's it, even if you delete it you can't give them to another one. Sucks but that's how it is.

The instructions on the Steam store page and the ones in this thread are the same, but it doesn't work. If I try to add the codes through the service account option it just gives me this error:

You cannot add expanded services because either the maximum number of service accounts have been added/registered or there are no service accounts to which the expanded services can be added/registered.

Edit: Turns out I misinterpreted Jamu's earlier post, you have to actually make a character in-game first, not just add a character to your POL account.
