Will Steam fix the price?

So since that daily sale was put on, this has been completely bugged and impossible to buy.
I'm assuming it's due to the fact that I have a permanent 40% off discount for having previously bought the game on steam and for some reason that seems to stack with the 66% off, giving me a total of 106% off and the price being -£1.51, making it impossible to buy.

Though I guess if that's the case maybe I'm better off waiting for the sale to end since even 33% off would be a bigger discount if it's stacking with my 40% off lol
