Can you add freebies?

Hi! I was wondering if you could add extra freebie stickers to orders, or if that would make it count as a fail.

Sometimes customers even ask if you could make certain kind of stickers. When you make them and include those in the order, they will mention it in the next message/order :D I usually give freebie stickers which I think fits the rest of the order too

Yes you can and, to be more specific, it gives you additional XP for the stickers/sticker elements in that order. Similar to what happens when you include candy in an order, and you can include both in the same order. I believe the bonuses do stack.

I was wondering about this, actually - giving extra copies of a sticker they ordered gives the bonus, what about a sticker they didn't order? I feel like sometimes that fails the order, but I could be wrong (since it doesn't tell you which orders you messed up)

that counts towards the bonus, and does not fail the order!
