Can’t access other paper type?

I bought the sparkle paper type but when I try to change the printer to it, it doesn’t give me the option, only white paper. I believe sparkle paper type is an option, from the shop tab with cardboard also an option, do correct me if I’m wrong! If not a paper type how do I enable it? Thanks! Please help!

You need to choose what type of paper a sticker gets printed on when you first create the sticker- so when you create a new sticker, just choose the sparkle paper when you save it and then you should be able to make sparkle sheets. Hope that helped~
