I have to second this. I have no interest in making my own stickers per se but I also have aphantasia and I feel like this game has made me feel creative again like I hadn't been in a really long time.
I think this would still be regarded as commercial use. Giving free product away, motivates people to look at your store, thus you would derive a commercial benefit from it.
I could also see this slowly turning into "you get this free sticker if you buy anything", or using it as a reward for people who stop and look at your products. Which again, is a commercial use of the designs.
I don't think theres anything stopping you if you make them purely for personal use though. Or give them out in a non-commercial setting. (aka between friends).
Also, you can get cutting machines for home use readily (I’ve got one).
