Missing scene?
So I got all the endings but when I entered the chapter menu I noticed there's a scene I don't have. Chapter 4 scene 13. I have a space where it should be. Does anybody know how can I get that scene?

A few scenes before that, when you go exploring, tell Mr. Crawling to stay behind with Mr. Chopped and Mr. Silvair. You get a different scene with Mr. Stitch.
