[Spoilers] More speculations about Ending 08

Ending 08 is, where Mr. Chopped gets a new body from Mr. Silvair, just for the body going corrupt and poor Mr. Chopped getting killed as a result.

However, Mr. Silvair does claim in some earlier scene that he had already destroyed Chopped's original body - which also had gone corrupt.

So where does that new body suddenly come from?

I was wondering whether it could be the mindless creature showing up in chapter 2 scene 18, where Crawling explains that mindless entities can't talk and are likely to attack.

And also is that the same creature that can kill the MC in chapter 1 when going right after leaving Hood's room?

The location seems different though and I don't remember any path-changing earthquakes that early in the game.
