Missing one ending

I achieved most of the endings but I have one last ending to get and I tried everything but I can't get to it. I have end 01 to end 19. all the route ends (Mr. Crawling, Mr. Hood, Mr. Silvair 1, 2 & 3, Mr. Chopped, Mr. Machete) and the other endings, Scarletella, Return, Fight, Tranquil, Victory, Awakening and Scarlet Rain.

The ending that I'm missing is blank space between Awakening Ending and Scarlet Riain.
Can someone please help me how to get to the last one please?

Do you remember how you got Tranquil and Awakening?

I found it, in chapter 5 scene 24 when we have a choice to run, hit or wait, we run and return to the same corridor, but we are given a choice to run again and we find a phone where you can ask "where their body" and "am I human?" the second question leads to the ending

For both of these endings, replay chapter 5, scene 25 and click on the umbrella. There you have 2 options, 'Break' or 'Talk'. Click on 'Break'

Afterwards, there is a scene where you can choose between a smartphone and telephone.
If you choose the smartphone, it will lead you to the ending 'Awakening'

If you choose telephone, you'll go back to the room with beds with Mr. Crawling, When prompted, choose the answer 'I was dreaming'. It will lead you to the ending 'Tranquil'.
