Need help for quest "voice in the wilderness"

So I came across Iman (I think, that was his name...he was found near the big rune tree, where the sheep quest is) in the ghostly woods, killed him, read his book and this started the quest.
But where do I head to now? / Where do I find the voice, which is needed for the quest?

I only found this while searching, which was no help at all...

You need to find and combine these : Voxwood + Bottle Voices = Vocalisation Potion

One you find by "Imal the squaler", the other you find the lab with the dead alchemist.
Combine those two.

Oh man...
Of course I was in the temple before, had the voice in my inventory...searched for it for a pretty long time at merchants, till I took a close look at my inventory...

i think i might have consumed the bottled voice cause i remember i took it from the lab and i cant find it in my inventory i have searched all characters 3 times... and the lab just in case i didint grab it by any chance... is it possible to consume right away?
