I can't find the cellar with the family to enter the wizard house.Where is it?

Try to talk with tortured person in Warehouse/Prison. He will tell you where to look.

I found Zandalor's scroll and it says read it between the dinner table and the mirror.I can't seem to find the exact place.Where is it?

The mirror is the teleport you used to come in. Stand between it and the large table close to it.
