How i can rotate camera view?

Hi o/
Can you please help me and tell what controlls camera rotation in default settings. I cant really find it out becouse some kind of bug that show me most controll keys as [x], and it never changes. It has some corellation with russian layout but i dont know how to fix it. I just want to play a little and i want to rotate my view.

The middle mouse button rotates the camera by default, but you can only move the camera about 90 degrees.

I use the letter V on the keyboard, works well enough... they intentionally limit the rotation in the campaign so it's not a huge angle

^^ as in, hold down V and move the mouse left/right

If you hit "B" to go to top view you can rotate 360. Also under Options -> Game -> Camera there is a check box to unlock full rotation with the disclaimer it may cause video glitches.
