Blackjack should be an early game Dex weapon
Many new players have posted about frustrations with the early game how they barely do any damage and can't win any fights. Most often it turns out they are either Marksmen or Scoundrels using piercing weapon against the skeletons.

I saw that effect when I first started and immediately thought to switch to a blunt weapon. I went through all the vendors and was surprised to find no dex based blunt weapons. I bought something with +1 str and went with a 6 str blunt weapon instead. It was effective but didn't seem right that I was using something not meant for my class, even though it was obviously the best option.

I think it would give a better feel to the openning of the game, and give a more clear introduction to the idea of damage resistances if Scoundrels and Marksmen had a blunt weapon option that was clearly meant to be used by them. And that would work with their skill selections.

I think a Blackjack would fill that role just right.

In the Alpha, I suggested that Blackjacks be added as a 2 AP crushing damage weapon which functions like a dagger (including backstab damage). Blackjacks were added, but that was all.
