where do i buy weapons and armour
can't find any vendors in the cyreal markert district thats sells arms and armour... any help?

You can barter with almost every NPC. ;)

Esmerelda has a shop near the market, she has a lot of weapons and armour. Aureus and Arhu in the barracks also have some stuff, I think.

There is an icon on the left, behind the NPC portrait. Click on it, and voilá...

The fletcher sells bows, the lady upstairs in the inn sells light armor and one-handed weapons, and Anna(?) of the Fabulous Five downstairs in the inn should have some weapons and armor too. There is also a legion quartermaster upstairs in the legion mess hall with a lot of arms and armor.

But early in the game, it's probably better to spend your money on new skills and just use the armor you find.

serg Curtius at warehouse sells orange items from time to time, make sure you save before barter w him. Councilor Jake sells all kinds of good stuff, save before talk as well.

I stole some very good weapons (a fantastic early 2H sword) from Esmerelda's shop. Interestingly, I came back later and she had a hired guard. :P
