My regular dealer Arhu is out of town, the old hag in Silverglen is out of stock, and there's no scrolls to be found in Cyseal market. My party's dead and I kinda need some scrolls, and no I can't reload.

Talk to everyone, someone may have one for sale within their inventory. You never know, beside the vendors, who might have one.

If you are still in Cyseal it limits the possibilities, that should be the merchants selling skills books related to magic that should have some res spells. So this is Arhu but also the merchant at second floor of the Tavern, and the magic merchant in market.

But as you have reach Silverglen you have also the magic merchant not selling skills book but she has often plenty scroll. It's in corner at left bottom of the large room of the Tavern. There's 2 women and a man around a table they are all merchants.

Also outside the Tavern there's two magic merchants selling skills books and often they have some res scrolls.

yw, eventually there's also Conrad at Cyseal Harbor that has special stuff including few skills books, but I don't remember if he is used to have some res scrolls.
