Magic lock in Hunter's Edge Jahrl's warehouse cellar - Important?

Happened by Hunter's Edge again and remembered I hadn't popped into the cellar under the Jahrl's warehouse building. I see there is a magic lock on a door down there I don't seem to have the key for. Just wondered why i haven't got the key and if there's anything important in the chest I spy in the locked room.

It's the armory key that you'll get later. I found the contents to be pathetic, but maybe I just had a bad random generator.

Also, like almost all barred doors, you can teleport through it with any teleportation skill.
