Dialogue history question

For some reason am unable to view previous days in history log, appear to be limited viewing to the current game day?

Hopeing I am missing something here, since this game relies so heavly on details seems odd not to be able to reference all conversations no matter how far back?

I know if you check the log it has quite a few details on the quests. As for dialogue just retalk to some of the characters if you have to. I know it might suck but it is an rpg.

Did check the log sadly for the quest I am working on it was devoid of details, as for going back and talking to everyone (again) that was something I was hoping to avoid.

Seems silly that dialogue history will not let you go back further then 1 day..... either way thank you for trying to assist.

What quests are you on? I know I keep all the books i gather and store in a seperate bag, n
otes ect. you can also edit the filters of the dialog to take out needless info hm..

Its fine not that important just one of the side quests (for the cat in the bar) I will just to talk to him again and see if he gave a clue as to the location of the ship he was on! :)

By default the log keeps the last 25 conversations. This can be increased in the config.lsx file in your profile folder (..\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin\PlayerProfiles\<ProfileName>). Edit the file in Wordpad (or other text editor), search for 'max' to find the term MaxAmountDialogsInLog and change the 25 a couple lines below to something higher (not sure what the limit is).
