Blank Skillbooks

Does anyone know what to do with these, or how to use them?

I haven't dabbled with them yet, but, I believe you use a one time scroll to create a skill you need and can use. If I'm wrong, someone correct me.

I can't find any way to combine the two. I've tried dragging an empty fire skillbook on a fire shield scroll and vice-versa and I even tried casting the scroll and then clicking on the book. It's a complete no-go and I don't receive any message that I'm missing any skills to do it, either.

quick hint: you need level 5 in whatever element :)

i have level 5 fire elementalist and level 1 crafting, drag a scroll on a spellbook and nothing happens.

I'm probably wrong, but I believe I found a book in-game describing the process. You need to combine a quill and ink with pixie dust in order to write on the blank skillbooks/scrolls. If my information turns out wrong, I appologise.

thx for comment, but i already have a magic pen and can create random scrolls, but it is not working on spellbooks.

Answer: Spell Scroll + Blank Skillbook of the same element = Skillbook of the scroll's spell

You need level 5 crafting, NOT level 5 of that element.

Actually, I've been able to create these (combine scroll + elemental blank book) with LV 4 Crafting.

Edit: I need LV 5 to combine two blank scrolls though to make a skillbook from scratch.

You need high crafting to mix blank skill book with some scroll to make an actual skillbook of whatever scroll you used.

alright here it is then: you need level 5 crafting to make a blank skillbook in the first place.
this requires two blank scrolls of the same element.
you can make blank scrolls by using pixie dust on a sheet of paper.
once you have a blank scroll you can either write a scroll of that element by using a magic inkpot and quil on it or you can save it for making skillbooks.
once you have made a blank skillbook you will have to combine this with a (non-blank) scroll of the same element, this will create a skillbook for the effect the scroll would have had.
so the recipes you might need:
log + axe = wood chips
wood chips + bucket of water = wood mush
wood mush + furnace = sheet of paper
bone/skull + mortar and pestle = bonedust
stardust plant + mortar and pestle = stardust
moonstonet + mortar and pestle = moondust
bonedust + stardust or moondust = pixie dust
sheet of paper + pixie dust = random blank elemental scroll
2 blank elemental scrolls of the same element = blank skillbook of that element
feather + knife = quil
quil + inkpot = inkpot and quil
inkpot and quil + pixie dust = magic inkpot and quil
magic inkpot and quil + blank elemental scroll = random scroll of that element
blank skillbook + scroll of the same element = skillbook of the scroll's effect

does not work, level 5 crafting, level 5 witchcraft and empty witch book + resurrect scroll, they just change place

Resurrect scrolls seem to have been changed somehow to no longer count as witchcraft because that scroll does not work, yeah. But the others still do.

since patch you dont get random element scroll only witchcraft hope they fix it soon got 40 papers waiting xD
