http://divinity.wikia.com/wiki/Crafting_(Divinity:_Original_Sin) is a page that has most, if not all of DD:OS crafting + blacksmithing recipes.
I love how the base game lets me toss a sword or axe into the forge to turn it back into an ingot, but you cannot do the same with daggers, spears, etc (and you cannot craft scythes or hammers). Non-metal items are harder to create or boost because of rare materials and the inability to reforge them (bows, clubs, all armor, etc).
TL;DR: I wish the game had the ability to disassemble and redesign items frequently the way you can with swords & axes. Maybe a mod does it?
