How do I tell a character to stay?
I'm in dungeon with two pressure plates, trying to get 1 character to stand on one and wait instead of following when I switch to the other. Any help?

Look at your characters portraits, there should be a chain connecting them, grab one of your portraits and move them away from the other and the chain connecting them will break.

drag one character portrait to the right to break the "chain", then you control them individually

The tutorial teaches you how to do this: All you have to do is cllick and hold their picture in the upper left and drag down to "unlink" it from the party.

If you mean the starting tutorial pressure plates it should show you about that there.

In the tutorial dungeon there is a locked door puzzle that will force you to unlink the party to solve--it's a bit deep inside though. =)
