How can you change personality AI?
I have started the game with loyal and I thought it will be more like supportive than always on the same opinion. It is more like brainwashed.

So obviously I want to change this option. Is there a way to do this?

There is only Loyal and Random. My guess is later on, soon, whenever it may be we will see more A.I additions, like adaptive, or completely based on their personality traits, if Random doesn't already do that.

Some just converse with themselves, I find that way too awkward. I have it set to Loyal, and make choices based on how I personally think, and my companion will reflect the same. Random is a little annoying, having to load saves. I know it defeats the purpose, but at times it really makes no sense.
They are adding them later. It was one of a couple things that didn't quite make it on time.

Actually I also prefer to converse with myself. I could not find a way to change this after the game is started.

Now I think which save file should contain that option? I think it should be somewhere and should be possible to edit ...

Have you guys even read?*

And yes, I think we have. I'm not entirely sure if possible to change that aspect of the characters when in-game. I was more or less stuck on trying to explain why there is a lack of the options for more A.I personalities.

Random is the worst thing in the world. Too late to restart for me. But I have to reload like 5 times sometimes because your companion will disagree you with you on question-answer things spouting out the totally wrong answer. Instead of intimidate I wish there was a "Kill your companion" option, then Id just ressurrect them after I answer the right questions

You can send your companion down the hall, thats the best bet, its just annoying having to reload and do that everytime there's something like that.

I unfortunately picked random thinking it would be a random personality, not random choices, I'm too far in to restart now so I just pretend my companion is bi-polar.

The second (i think) room in the end of time gives you access to a device to change the look and AI of you characters.

I chose the Random option for one of my duo, and I had to swap direct control during conversations with companions who wanted to join our group, because otherwise she'd always say something rude that caused the companion not to join us. As long as I was directly controlling her though, then I was able to choose a response that would welcome the companion. Pretty funny :)

i just started a game and i accidentally put no ai on both my characters but i don't like conversing with myself so is there anyway to change the AI setting on my second character to have some kind of AI so i dont have to continue conversing with myself? or do i too have to wait till i get this device to change AI personalities? and if i have to get this device, how far in to the game do i get it?
