Can you change character appearance after character creation?
Such as your head, hair, and hair color?

Yes. (only after a certain point in the story, though)

Thank you very much! :)
I wonder does it allows you to change the skin color of the body as well?

In the previous game you could change it all.

The only thing you can not change is the character's name.

You can change everything. Sex, voice, skin, hair, everything.

It's in the second room you unlock at the end of time, there's a mirror in the northern room, look into it and it will allow you to re-customize your character.
