Really? Because I just checked by making two Rogues, one with Lone Wolf, the other without. Both the description and the actual numbers still indicate that the bonus is +80%.
(The normal rogue had 39 HP. With 60% bonus health, that would be 62 HP, but the actual health of the Lone Wolf Rogue was 70 - or 80% bonus health.)
If you check the stats (like vitality, action points) it says the bonus is just 60% from lone wolf. Before the patch a character with 5 con and lone wolf would start with 108 hp, now they start with 91.(and 59hp without lone wolf).
There is also a 15% vitality bonus, but I'm not sure where that comes from.
But it seems that your game is bugged than. Without lone wolf you were supposed to get 1 ability point for level 2-5, 2 points for 6-10 and 3 points from then on. So, even without the lone wolf talent you should have always received 2 points after level 5.
Well, unless they changed stuff, it was supposed to be like that. I'm mostly fooling around at low levels and never got that high.
The 15% vitality bonus is for Normal difficulty. I was playing on Hard so had a -25% vitality penalty.
I'm not disputing your numbers, but I can't figure out how the game is calculating the HP.
