How To Craft A Wand

How do you craft a wand. Had a Ice Shard Scroll and a blank wand tried to combine them and they would not create a wand.

Are you playing the Enchanced Edition or 'vanilla', because I don't think you can craft wands maybe except for a tenebrium wand, but I never tried in vanilla.

Wands didnt exist in the original edition; should make it clear which edition he is playing.

As for your question, I'm also wondering the exact materials / formulae to create wands, my guess is that after you make / buy the blank wands you infuse them with magic (in the original edition it'd be through Pixies dust; e.g Enchanted needle and thread) however you would have no control over what element nor spell that the wand has on it

so you cant really craft a wand per-say - since you cant craft an inert wand, you have to buy it.
