How do I get the free ps4 version of divinity enhanced edition?

I own Divinity OS on my PC - just wondering how I get Divinity enhanced edition on my ps4 for free? I've looked everywhere for information on this.

As far as I understand, you don't. The free versions are for people who already own the original, for the platform that you own it on. For PS4 and Xbox it's antirely new game, thus you have to buy it like any regular game.

Exactly correct, you only get the EE for free where you already own it and is not movable to where you want; own it on GOG - you get it on GOG, likewise for steam and since there are no console owners of Original sin ( due to it not existing for console) no console editions will be sent.
