So far, only the requirements for Windows have been specified (don't know if the minimum GPU will be changed to something a little more specific closer to release):

Min. requirements: Windows 7 SP1 64 bit or Windows 8.1 64 bit, or higher; Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 or equivalent, 4GB memory, DirectX 11 compatible GPU

Recommended: Windows 7 SP1 64 bit or Windows 8.1 64 bit, or higher; Intel i5 2400 or higher, 4GB memory, NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 550 or ATI™ Radeon™ HD 6XXX or higher

Perfect. Thank you Raze. Just what I needed! Can't wait to play the EE on Steam with my friend! My friend's 6870 and my GTX 480 can still handle this amazing looking game. Thanks!

The graphics were improved, but the there were also engine optimizations and multithreading improvements, so overall the requirements didn't change much (other than the switch to 64 bit rather than 32, and on Windows using DirectX 11 rather than 9c).
