Dual-classing and Tenebrium Weapon skills
So, I've 2 quick question that anyone who's level 20+ should be able to answer.

First off, how bad is dual-classing (cleric, shadownblade, wayfarer) later on? I've noticed that it's horrible early game simply because the attribute points isn't enough. You'll want a really high main stat as well as pump some points into speed and possibly perception. From what I hear on the forums, everyone high level talks about their knights and mages, never any dual-classes.

Is there a difference for Lone Wolf? Since you're less reliant on Speed in order to get action points, could you go a dual specc? The reason I ask is because I'm tempted to roll a knight/pyro in a lone wolf runthrough, but don't want it to be gimped and dont want it to be having to use respecc.

Second question is, from a min-max perspective, there is no reason to be afraid to pour ability points into weapon skills right? I hear they're worthless once you get Tenebrium Weapons, but the recspecc ability should offset that, meaning you can go heavily into weapon skills and just respecc once you become able to get the Tenebrium thingies right?

You will be able to get 1 stat to 15 and 1 stat to 11-12 on end of game (not counting items bonuses), so basically it's hard to make STR/DEX/INT (2 of them) hybrid with decent other stats.

Lone wolf? More Ability points only (about 20 more on end of game). So you can make not 3 but 4 abilities maxed.

It will make your life much easier :D And respec... Sadly yah... But there are some non-tenebrium weapons that are OP in late game :) (only 1 my char had Tenebrium weapon at end of game)

Ya, the reason I mentioned Lone Wolf is because they seem to be less reliant on the speed stat, so maybe that would've been something. Especially if you go glass cannon. But then again, you can never have too many AP, can you? :)

Looks like it'll be the stereotypical Knight+Mage combo for me then.

To make a hybrid class viable, I truly believe you NEED to take glass cannon because you don't have many points to put into speed unless you buy a bunch of Book of Body Mastery (the current theory is the secrets vendor restocks everytime you gain a level, and since I believe you need to kill Braccus Rex before getting enough Star Stones, that probably averages you around lvl 8-9 by the time you get the secret vendor, which means at most 11-12 extra stat points should you decide to visit her every level).

My suggestion for a knight/pyro would be to start off as a Knight going to 10 str minimum right away to equip heavy armor, then you have two choices. 1) pump str to 12-14 as you won't need more than 14 for most end game str gear. OR 2) start working on your int. I highly suggest though that you prioritize getting man at arms to 5 so you can get Weather teh Storm (+50% ele res) that way you can burn yourself and not worry as much

Secret Vendor Shouldn't be restocking each time you lvl up- it's reported already :) Cos she was restocking each time you reloaded map (infinite points incoming! )

Okay, new question... what is the secret vendor and where do I find her? Sounds like it's somewhere in the Homested?
Arteas Naur 10. juli 2014 kl. 10.52
Yeah, she will be in one of portals. But right now it's kinda like using bugs to boost your own chars, so if you wanna be fair with yourself, dont buy more that 1 of each book from her :)

Aight, thanks. :) I won't, I'm not using the leech talent either for that very reason. Sounds like they're both going to get fixed in the future.

Leech talent isn't bugged- you should be healing while under bleed condition :)
Oh, new update!

not bugged, but way too strong. don't want to break the game that way =)

So when do you unlock this secret vendor? Is it tied to the main story( and if so when) or a room unlock with stones?
