In Mines, worried about killing wrong people? (Possible spoilers)
First thanks for help,

I am in the mines (the ones with the invunderable death knights), and every group of immaculate members seemed to have at least 1 named person "Elizabeth" , " Kaden " etc. They also seem to sell gear.
I want to kill them due to them being sick cultist members, however I have a high enough charisma so I have befriended them to be safe. I am worried if I kill them I will end up killing someone I shouldn't.

Does anyone know if it is okay to kill them? I don't want to screw myself by doing so blocking some quest or not being able to advance.

You can kill them, nothing linked with quests. And if you dont do it game will kill them for you :) No worries :D

Trade with them, then murder them for that precious EXP (or the fun).

Been wondering the same thing as well since there are named Immaculate members everywhere even in Hiberheim. I usually just befriend them for the Charisma Exp then proceed to killing them.
