Where to get phoenix dive?

been trying to get it from randomized stock at merchant npc captain auheru , i keep getting differnt items each time i quickload but never see that skill book appearing...is it very rare or have to craft it?

maybe try evelynn and the doc randomed skill books?

Its still pretty useful even bug, from what I can tell it doesn't leave behind a fire surface like it should.

This is correct it also seems to have a high cost vs the actual movement so right now it isn't great.

Well that explains why it didn't when I tried it earlier.

That said, it's a 6 action points ability. I'd actually recommend to instead get 1 point in Marksmanship and get the tactical retreat ability, it's 4AP and the same 15m distance.

It's still available in game, though I too didn't find it till later.

The first, and I think only, place I've seen it is for sale from the Fire Elemental. However, as it has been said, one point in Expert Marksman for Tactical Retreat is more prudent in the early game, late game the only time I use any of the three jumps is if I'm surrounded by enemies that can get attacks of opportunity if I move.
