It's in the wizards house, second floor I believe.

I got it from the wizards house. FYI when you get it from the wizards house you can sell the book. Most people think it's some random useless book and sell it.

I keep all the books except the crafting ones. even reloaded to just before you get in and searched the whole house, couldn't find it anywhere.

Well damn me, just went back again, its in the room with the lever to disable the forcefields. Thanks for your help :)
