from the left side of sacred stone - lead explosive road, then down to cellar.But how open that chamber with blood?

There are 4 buttons that you have to press in the right order, one at the stairs, by a brazer, its near the floor. One on the outer east side of the chamber, two of them in the alcoves above.

done i found that 3buttons a many years ago/ and just now the 4th/ - so left to solve clicking in hidden lair and open that wall too

The fourth button is right near the compass - look below the middle brazier from the compass side.

it's already 2019 right now and I don't know how to find the Leandra's blood in the Immaculate Cathedral quest.. suppose to be somewhere inside the secret library after opening the secret door.. I've watched guide videos https://youtu.be/iHjKwMIPPvY but i can't find. if it's a bug for the item to not spawn there, i have to start the new game all over again :c

After taking the hatch down into Leandra's headquarters, head to the far wall and it should be on a pedestal on the opposite side of the Annotated Map as her diary. It looks like a bottle when on the pedestal. The icon in the inventory was changed to look like a vial in the Enhanced Edition, rather than like a large healing potion, as shown at the end of the video.
